Terms of service

Last updated 3 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Invora, the invoicing service at invora.darkul.com, operated by The Darkul Company. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What the service does

Invora lets you store business and client details, create invoices and proposals, apply taxes and discounts, generate PDF documents, send those documents by email, share them by link, record payments against them and see summary figures. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn over time.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the service, and you must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You agree to give accurate registration details, to keep your password confidential, and to be responsible for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly at darkulwork@gmail.com if you think your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Invora to:

  • send invoices or proposals that are fraudulent, deceptive or for goods and services you have not agreed to supply;
  • send unsolicited bulk email, or use the email features for anything other than genuine communication with your own clients;
  • break any applicable law, including tax, invoicing, consumer protection and data protection law;
  • upload malware, attempt to breach or overload the service, probe its security, or access data belonging to another account;
  • resell, sublicense or white-label the service without written permission.

4. Your content

Everything you enter — your companies, logos, clients, invoices, proposals and notes — stays yours. We claim no ownership over it. You grant us only the limited permission needed to host, process, render and transmit that content so the service can function, such as putting your logo on a PDF or emailing an invoice to the address you choose.

You are responsible for having the right to use the content you upload, including logos and client details, and for handling your clients' personal data lawfully.

5. Connecting Google Drive

If you connect Google Drive, you authorise Invora to access files in your Drive on your behalf in order to carry out the actions you request. That access is limited to what the service needs, and your Drive data is not stored by us or passed to any third party — the privacy policy sets out exactly what happens to it. Your use of Google Drive itself remains governed by your agreement with Google, and you may revoke our access at any time.

6. No legal, tax or accounting advice

Invora is a document tool, not an adviser. Tax rates, rounding rules, invoice numbering, mandatory fields and record-keeping duties differ by country and change over time. You are solely responsible for checking that the documents you produce are correct and compliant where you and your clients operate, and for filing and paying your own taxes. Any calculation the service performs is a convenience, not a guarantee of compliance.

7. Third-party services

The service depends on third parties including Supabase, Vercel, Resend and, where you connect it, Google. Interruptions or changes at those providers can affect Invora, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

8. Availability and warranties

Invora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise any particular uptime, and the service may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades or reasons beyond our control. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Keep your own copies of anything important. Exporting your invoices and proposals regularly is your responsibility.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business or lost or corrupted data arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty United States dollars. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Invora at any time and request deletion of your account as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that puts the service or other users at risk, or where we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will give notice and a chance to export your data first.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the service develops. The date at the top shows the current version, and material changes will be notified to account holders by email. Continuing to use Invora after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
